Meditation

Meditation is typically known as the art of refocusing the
mind to promote relaxation, character building, and goal
purposes, but above all, it is a method for one create his
or her own reality.
The Hindu, Jainist, and Buddhist term "Om" has become
widely affiliated with meditating. Om, Aum, or Aumkara, all
meaning Life Force or God, were influenced by Kemetic
East. In origin, the Kemetic meditative chant word, or
hesi, or heka, that Aumkara hailed from was hesi, or
heka, that Aumkara hailed from was (Life), (Life), Ankh
and Anuk Ankh (I AM Life) , and Anuk Ka Ra (I Am the
Spirit of Ra). Ka is Spirit. Ra is the Life Force, mistakenly
assumed by Western society to be the sun. In its simplest
form, we chant, "Ankh."
In Kemetic meditation, empowerment is achieved by
mentally chanting the names of the expressions of the
Life Force energies that exist within to connect them to
divinity without. At the same time we focus on the goal we
wish to be attained. This is how we create our own reality.
